Shipping policy

Many Hustle Swag products are made to order. After your order is placed, it must be produced before it can be shipped. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary based on the products ordered and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times, carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipping label is created.

Products in the same order may occasionally be produced or fulfilled separately. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package or on different days.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hustleswagdesigns@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you experience another delivery issue, contact us at hustleswagdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and details about the problem. Photos may be requested when applicable.

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities when applicable.
